The demos on different gaming systems are treated entirely differently and considered to be seperate from each other. For that reason they are tested independantly so that any problems which might exist in the individual demos can be ironed out before they're released.
The delay to the PC demo has come about because of a delay in the testing schedule. Once it has completed the test run it will be made available for download. Sorry about the delay but it was unavoidable.
