you just follow him (or race him along the beach)
You start of on the corner of a beach...he shoots off around the island. You just follow the path around the corner avoiding pedestrians..then u are onto the main stretch of beach...just keep racing forward along the beach avoiding the cars.
..when you get to the end you go up a timber boardwalk then turn left around the corner and then left again onto the main road.
Chase Tico as he goes down the river... you eventually get to a bridge and he gets out of his boat and into a car.
You then chase him in the car...till he gets to his hideout...where you attempt to kill him!
