Stadium Convertion Help

Hi. I've made the Bulgaria's National Stadium, but I can't convert it. I have the converting tutorial but i don't understand anything Please do it for me. I work with layers so, it won't be hard I think. I REALLY need it. Help!

I know just converting stadiums withouth crowds.But crowds are very important,aren't they;)?
