Version 6.1.3 released

Features:
- kits support for licensed/unlicensed (including "Other C") teams. Kit format: 512x256 with 256-color palette (PNG or BMP). HD-kits not implemented yet.
- 3rd,4th,etc. (extra) kits selection using "1" and "2" buttons (for both players and gk)
- no kit parts mixing, but also no shared palette headache.
- all kit attributes supported (model, collar, number/name placement). New attribute: "shirt.number.location" to set where number on the front of the shirt (for national teams) appears: center or topright.
New in 6.1.2:
- mini-kits now properly displayed in Online mode
- Ballserver
- LODmixer now supports home/away attendance change, as well as other setting like in PES5.
New in 6.1.3:
- fixed the bug in ballserver, which was causing the crashes in some cases.
- fixed problem with kserv, where the kits were incorrect in "Play again with ..." mode.
