OK you need to turn off system restore. Then scan again. Then turn it back on and create a new restore point. What you describe is happening because virus scanners can't clean files from the restore folder as they are protected by Windows.
I wouldn't really call that a virus anyway. It's a joke program that opens your cd drawer when you click a button.
